have more than one! Made my own algae tanks prior to them being available when I learned about the prototypes. Have had RNs and other stay at my home and rave about how their chronic pain resolved while there and that is all about air and water quality. I implement many methods but this machine is one of the best things to clean the air. Algae cleans our air globally more than forests! we need these machines in all the major cities. the "waste" algae is like "steroids" plant food without any cons. the air in my nyc home feels different when the machine is on.
I think they’re great. I just think they’re a little too expensive.

I started researching this product and teviews for about 18 months before I purchased it. Average CO2 levels in my office for last 13 months of that were ~ 1062 ppm. I have used the Aerium for three months now. During the past three months, the average ppm is ~ 677 ppm. This early data collection is promising with the hope that this downward trend continues. There is a noticeable increase in levels whenever the tefill kit is used. A second Aerium was my anticipated solution to bridge this cycle gap, but it appears the product is sold out.
The rubber gasket in the Aerium does not seal properly, causing the unit to leak. I sent an email to support for a replacement gasket and, hopefully, a new main unit, as the leaking gasket did damage to the main motor unit. I received no answer. Perhaps this review will get a response.
Customer service has been great and quick to respond. Product works as advertised.
Great customer service my machine unfortunately broke and the company replaced it ASAP I have about a year and I haven’t had it for like three weeks and I don’t know how to say it if it feels I felt more protective when I had it cause I was staying at a cousins and I was in the basement. It did a great job when people came down to the basement didn’t smell like a basement apartment if you know what I mean Anyway highly recommend the product is unbelievable, but the company is also very good.
The fresh spirulina arrived quickly and our lamp was back up and running, cleaning our indoor air!
I get that the shipping is $10 but what you send inside of that is worth under $1, yet my cost is $25. I get you have to make money, but I don't know how much longer I will remain a subscriber for.

I'm not sure if it is actually reducing co2 levels. According to my co2 monitor the levels have pretty much stayed the same as they were before but the lamp looks cool and it is fun to watch it turn green.
In the winter, even with a humidifier on my furnace I wake up with a bloody nose. I can tell when it is going to happen because my nose hurts. But, with the Algen Air, I have not had one! And, I proved it to myself because I was a couple days without it and immediately my nose hurt and was bleeding in the morning. The unit is not in my bedroom; it is in my home office so am surprised that far away can really make such a difference.
I had a 2.0 that unfortunately didn’t survive a move. Finally pulled the trigger on the 3.0 and am so glad I did! The new packaging is great, arrived with no issues and they do make a noticeable difference, especially in an urban area!
When I saw my personal lab results and how much my Co2 levels had DROPPED, I knew the Aerium was working. The light is a little bright at night as we keep ours in the bedroom but I put something in front of it to block the brightness. We love it!
