Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders to the USA. We hope to offer international shipping and expand our product offerings in the future! Thank you for your understanding.
Product fulfillment time is listed on each product page and is updated regularly based on availability. All products default to "Standard Shipping" unless otherwise selected. Standard shipping is estimated to arrive in 5-7 days however, due to high volumes shipping times may vary. Customers will receive an email with a tracking link when the product ships.
Return and Refund Policy
AlgenAir offers a 60-day full money back guarantee (minus cost of return shipping & handling) for unused aerium™ units still in their original condition and packaging. The 60-day period starts at the time the product is delivered. Upon initiating a return, customers will be provided with a prepaid return label for shipping. The customer then has 30 days to send the return in the mail or it will not be accepted.
We also offer a 30-day partial money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your aerium™ unit you can return it within 30 days of purchase as long as the unit has been cleaned and there is no damage or extensive wear. The 30-day period starts at the time the product is delivered. Upon initiation of the return, customers will be provided with a shipping label for the return. The customer then has 30 days to send the return in the mail or it will not be accepted. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Modified aerium hardware is not eligible for return and refund. Opening the aerium base and replacing or tampering with internal components voids the warranty.
Subscription service boxes and live algae are not eligible for a refund. Please contact support@algenair.com with questions or to initiate your return.
Warranty
AlgenAir offers a one-year warranty on the electronic base of the aerium unit. If the aerium base malfunctions from a factory defect that is not caused by improper use, we will replace it free of charge. In these cases, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling. All other pieces of the aerium have a 60-day limited warranty that covers any damages due to shipping or those not caused by improper use of the unit. The warranty on the aerium and all of its constituent parts are only covered under warranty with the use of AlgenAir TM algae and nutrients as supplied in the refill kit. Use of any other algae or nutrients is not covered under warranty and will void any and claims for return and/or replacement. Following the warranty, replacement pieces for the aerium are available for purchase upon request. Modified aerium hardware is not eligible for return and refund.
